  • 2 eggs
  • 500 grams gluten-free bread flour
  • 10 grams of sachet dried yeast
  • 300 ml skimmed milk
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp golden caster sugar
  • Half tsp sea salt

How to Bake Gluten-Free Bread?

First, you need to preheat your oven at 200 degrees Celsius to bake your gluten-free bread. Find a small pan to warm your milk at low heat on the stove and then leave it to cool for a while. In the meantime crack your two eggs in a bowl and start stirring them while adding your one teaspoon white wine vinegar. For the last step, include your warm milk and stir for a while.

Take another bowl and mix 500 grams gluten-free bread flour, two tablespoons golden caster sugar, half teaspoon sea salt, and 10 grams sachet dried yeast. Mix these ingredients with the help of a wooden spoon until it takes a creamy and sticky form. Following this, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and then start making a ball by using your hands. In case the ball is too sticky, add some more flour to the mixture.

Put your dough on a baking tray and then cover it with a damp tea towel to continue preparing your gluten-free bread. Your dough needs to wait for at least an hour in a warm room. Once your dough will be doubled in size, you will be ready to continue.

When your dough is ready, put your tray in the oven and let it bake for half an hour. You need to check your dough from time to time, removing the tray from the oven once it turns golden brown or cooked enough. You need to let it cool for a few minutes after you remove the tray from the oven.
